SEND US AN EMAIL WITH FULL DETAILS
Send us a quick email with the full details on the extrusion profile and products needed , we recommend customer to attach CAD drawings for references for review. Our sales team will reply you within 1-2 business day , ensuring a quick response for every customers. We will review the inquiries with our sales teams and engineers , and reply with a detailed quotes and re-establish CAD drawings for confirmation of technical specifications.
DIE OPENING AND SAMPLES MANUFACTURING
After the quotation and drawings are confirmed by customers and signed , we will move forward with the opening of new die for samples manufacturing. Hien Khai offers new clients refund of new dies after a predetermined order quantity has reached. Customers benefit from cost saving and our refund take place instantly as we work closely with banks in Canada.
New dies will takes 14 days to manufacture and samples of extrusions takes 1-2 days to extrude and ship over to you.

We offer containers shipment in 20' , 40' and 45' with addition of steel trolley for easy unloading. Working with experienced trading company like us , we offer the cheapest rate for freight shipment due to our long-term relationship with our logistic partners , we are able to lock in the cheapest rate of the month for our clients.
FAST PRODUCTION TIMELINE
After you have placed an order for your containers , our factory in Vietnam will start manufacturing with a ranging timeline around 2-3 weeks until loading. Regardless of the quantity you order , your order timeline is unchanged and will always be quick and efficient.
